Kimono are traditional Japanese clothes, but nowadays, we don’t really have occasions to wear them, so they sit in the closet forever.We started thinking about how we could keep our traditional clothes and also wear or use them.That’s why we’re here, recreating and reusing kimonos.From our humble beginnings to the vibrant online space we inhabit today, each milestone represents a chapter in our story.

Our Name
The name “WA” carries two profound meanings.
One is “Wa” (和) — symbolizing Japanese tradition, harmony, and peace.The other is “Wa” (輪) — representing the circle of connection: the passing down of family stories, the preservation of heritage, and the spirit of reuse.
